Very bad experience. I just go for changing my mobile number because I can't get the OTP on my mobile. I bring my passport & duplicate I'd card with me. There the one lady counter number 6 she said we can't do any kind of help because of original Id card. I must have to go Pakistan. Even I bring my passport with me. They can do if they want. But they didn't and after I have done all things by calling. They change my number & all.

Manager should be sent back to Pakistan ASAP as he needs some mannerism classes. One lady was openly recommending going to other banks for account opening as due to their policy the bank is reluctant opening account for businesses.
Very bad service. Staff tone is very bad. But security guard is helping more than staff, he worth 5 stars.

Totally disappointed with the services,staff not well trained even dont know about the services.customers are like a football,i have ATM which is not working in ADNOC i called to branch they said call to help line i called to help line they said contact in branch,i have company account i applied my employees wps and they said we will deliver via courier so far nobody called by courier and i received email by bank your card has been returned by the courier because you did not pickup phone and i have not received any call,then i come to branch to collect and after spending 4 hours nobody knows where is employee ATM these are the services of our pakistani bank.They should provide complete customer satisfaction but we have to followup only for each and everything very bad services i am not satisfied planning to move another bank in the future

There is no negative stars otherwise i give them -5 stars because the service and staff of sharjah branch is really not nice - better they close this branch just wasting time and money on this branch - Staff behaviour nil My experience is bad with this branch- If you want to open bank account in this branch call them and take every kind of information they will not tell you free zone visa holder can't apply for open account - Best of luck hope they will change some staff -
