Took my two-year Scottish fold male cat for grooming on 5th Dec, my sister-in-law went there two days earlier and bought me the grooming appointment as the store had some running promotion. Last week I noticed that my cat started loosing hair behind the ears. Which I believe is some kind of skin bacteria as the area is getting bigger with noticeable redness spots. I called the pet store tonight (2nd Jan) and complained regarding the issue, the staff said that all equipments used get cleaned before grooming any cat, she also said that I called them late, I should have realized that ealrier.!! I expected such answer as that what you normally receive when you question them about hygiene. I believe this happened because of the clipper they're using. You never know what skin disease other cats has. It could be the cause of not sanitizing the tools they use on pets as well. My cat never leaves home. I always call for grooming services to come and do it on my watch. Taking my cat to (my vet/ vet plus) was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I shouldn't have accepted the service that my sister in-law have paid. Non of that would happen. Now I must take my poor cat to a professional vet clinic for checkup and to provide the necessary treatment. Which also adds extra cost for the mistake that I've done. My advice would be to everyone who care about their pet is to please groom your pet at home or take them to a trustworthy pet store. And never leave your pet! Just keep on watching the process.

Receptionist very rude & unfriendly. Whenever I call to book an appointment for grooming she says it’s appointment basis & when I call to book an appointment she says it’s walk in basis and it’s really busy. When I drop by it’s usually empty. Anyways, took my cat yesterday to see the vet, & being a regular customer, the same rude receptionist declined that I use my fazaa card and I had to pay 700 AED. I don’t think I’m going back there.
