Had a short break in Ludlow and decided on the spur of the moment to try Shapla and oh my god was so glad we did. Hands down the best curry I have had. The hosts are friendly and attentive but the only thing I would say is book and go earlier in the evening. Its obviously a popular takeaway as well as as the evening went on there were loads of people walking past us to collect their orders which was a little distracting.

The food and service was excellent, genuinely one of the best Indian meals we have had, the curry was so full of flavour it wanted you wanting more, the price was very very reasonable too
Was on a 2 day break with my partner and visited this lovely place! The food, service and price point were spot on fully licensed as well what a great choice
The poppadoms were nice and the onions Bargies would good. The scallops were nicely cooked so was looking good for a nice meal. However the tandoori mixed grill was very dry. I could not taste the tandoori flavour. The paneer chicken was ok. The mushroom naan however was very nice.
A lovely warm welcome and our waiter was so helpful. Great food but the salmon starter was outstanding. Highly recommended.
