I took Charlie today for his first groom and Shantelle was absolutely brilliant putting Charlie at ease, making sure she understood our requirements, fully explaining what would happen. Charlie looks and smells amazing. Would 100%recommend.

Would highly recommend Shantails. My dogs visited today for their first groom and they look and smell fantastic. Shantelle puts not only the dogs at ease but the owners too!
