I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but we’ve had a really bad experience. Food is usually okay if not a bit soggy- however, this time, there was short black hair in the lemon sauce for the lemon chicken. I know these things happen sometimes but in times of Covid when you expect hygiene to especially high this was a bit concerning. I called the restaurant to ask for another sauce and refund and whilst they agreed to refund the dish in question eventually they said they could not bring another sauce. I thought this was pretty shoddy customer service and ruined the meal. We won’t be using them again. Would reccommend Mr So instead. Never soggy and no hairs!!

Enjoyed many takeaways from here but today found the part of an animals jaw with teeth attached in my egg fried rice, which naturally my vegetarian girlfriend was delighted about. I recommend you do not order from here, unless you like small animal jaw in your rice of course. Did get a refund though.
Save your money. Just don’t go. All the dim sum is cheap, frozen stuff and the bamboo steamers need a good clean out! Avoid the roast duck noodle soup. The broth is just horrid. I was really hoping to enjoy my visit. The search for a good Chinese outside London continues.
Not happy. Waited 2 hours for food and when it did arrive it was cold. Refused a refund. This place used to be good not so good anymore.
Just had a very nice meal. Friendly staff and quick service, we would definitely return when visiting Winchester.
