Shanghai Night

This is the worst Chinese I've ever had. The curry sauce had no spice at all in it and it tasted like perfume. The chow main is supposed to be a dry dish but it was swimming in some horrible sauce which had no taste at all. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone and definitely wont be returning.

Food was lovely. Fast service and food hot enough to last a half hour walk home but no website or menu online to help us order over the phone or online. Only taking cash, no masks in evidence. Supposed to be only 2 people inside but didn't seem to be enforced.

Ridiculous customer service. After 4 phone calls and even offering to pick my food up in the end. To be told if I don't want it then dont have it more or less. To be left with no choice but to accept it when the man turns up at the door. Not to be even told a time of when it's here \just it's on its way\ for a hour. Not the first time. Also got told if I would like to collect and pay for it again. If I could leave less of a star I would. I would in a takeaway establishment myself and if I had a customer explaining on the phone numerous times I would offer a good will gesture or even a apology... In this case none was offered. Even asked to speak to the boss which wouldn't even come on the phone. A absolute joke
