Great food, great prices, great staff. Only thing is I’ve been twice and noticed it takes longer to get food at night I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have many people working at night because during the day there are plenty of staff and wait is practically no wait for food. I would say if you want it fast go during the day! Other then that everything is great. I choose this over Sonny’s any day.

This is unacceptable. The mac and cheese was old and the chicken bites was mostly breading. Customer service was the best either
I've always had great meals at Shane's. I love the daily specials that they run at my local Shane's. I know it's not all that run daily specials. Dining at Shane's is one of our weekly favorite things to do. GRUMPY
Yuck, greens were watery, baked beans were just ok. Seemed like they just dumped them straight out the can. Then had a giant green pepper in the bottom of the container. Buffalo toast was so greasy with liquid butter, it made a soggy greasy mess. Ribs were just ok. Snellville location is much better. Not returning.
The food is great and the staff is so friendly. I'll definitely be back!!! GREAT NEW ITEMS
