Excellent experience!! Daily contact with the doctor through the app. Frequently making recommendations to improve my personal weight loss and quick responses to any questions I had. Easy program to follow and quick results!! In 42 days I was able to loose 25lbs!!! I also have Crohn’s disease and after starting the diet I was able to eliminate some of my medications that help relieve complications of Crohn’s. That was a major plus for me!! Thanks for all your help Back to Back!!
