Personally been excellent but got the order slightly wrong for our lass the past 2 times we had takeaway.
Not bad food usually and never stress but it was appalling how the man on the phone spoke to my son a few minutes ago(who rarely orders by himself so doesn’t speak to them over the phone often)he tried giving a postcode then address and the man interrupted, making the conversation even longer just to complain saying ‘it would be a lot quicker and less hassle if he could just give the street and house number not all the bloody postcode’ my son answered politely saying alright sorry and he carries on muttering things before saying anyway we’ll be there soon and leaving the phone
