Excellent! Can not recommend highly enough. Professional, personal and incredibly knowledgeable service. I have one to one sessions and they are different every week, always a great workout and somehow I always come out with a smile on my face. I have learned so much and feel more confident walking down the street, knowing that if I had to (god forbid!) I now have a chance of defending myself. Excellent value for money!

I've been having personal training sessions with Mark for just over a year now and couldn't think of a better way to train. My sessions contain a good mix of fitness, weight training and boxing. Mark pushes me on a weekly basis, so much so that I'm constantly beating my PB's on my weight training and drills into me the importance of technique for my boxing. Very friendly and welcoming to all people.
My son is attending the junior sessions 3 times a week, he has grown in confidence and has been made to feel more than welcome and comfortable. He has great respect for his trainer and is always smiling after a session and looks forward to the next one. I looked at several classes in my area for my son and Marks classes are perfect for him, I would highly recommend these classes.
My son attends MMA and Boxing Classes each week. Since joining Mark's classes his confidence has grown and his technique and fitness is coming on in leaps and bounds. Mark teaches them discipline and control in a friendly welcoming group. My son always enjoys the classes and I would recommend to anyone.
I highly recommend training at shaman martial arts my trainer Mark it's one of nicest guys i know such a friendly environment.
