Love the salt beef and salmon / cheese bagels from here. Lots of options to choose from for your bagel fillings. All breads and pastry deserts made on site and all fresh. There is a large selection of deserts cakes, pastries and biscuits. This place is definitely worth a visit.

This is the best deli/bakery left in the ilford area . Great selection of bagels , breads and cakes . Always freshly baked. Deli counter always nice as well and the staff are friendly , more so than it used to be under the previous owners . Highly recommended

Generous 3 star. But hey nothing is the same. New green had chillies in that took the taste away. Chopped liver sweet! Did not taste like it should do, when do you make chopped liver with sugar? To be honest and cut this short, it has gone down hill since I drove the 100 miles to get here last year. Need to get some feed back or it will not attract and keep the next generation
