I am going to share an email sent to me by a family member from last year. He had sent in an email inquiring about the cancellation policy regarding covid and I will attach pictures of the email from their response. It is very discerning to read that the person responding basically said, we are out of business unless we get these loans. The real kicker is they received taxpayer loans to use as refunds for customers that cancelled their orders. They are basically a stones throw away it seems of being out of business and I searched and saw they received a 240k EIDL loan and 40,300 in PPP. I'm sure the SBA would like to know the loan money was used outside of their guidelines. Be wary people of where you send your money. Read reviews. We got screwed by a local realty company on the island last year that was bought out by another company. Just presenting the facts so you make informed decisions.

We visit Ocean Isle Beach frequently and use them for rental equipment. We have rented beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a gas grill. They have always had the correct equipment delivered on time; and if we ever had a problem - an umbrella broke once - they replaced it quickly, no hesitation. The last time I rented, I changed my order multiple times in the week leading up to our vacation. I was able to do this via email with nothing but efficiency and kindness on Beachway’s part. They have alleviated any stress regarding beach equipment!
