Hadn't been to Shakey's since I was a kid, and was curious if it was as good as I remembered. It was great! And this is coming from someone who lived in NYC for 15 years and has high standards for pizza!

The service was exceptional. Order taker was very patient and professional. Explained the best deals available for my order. Greatly appreciated. Food was hot and fresh. Very tasty!
Last night the family and I celebrated my beautiful little niece's birthday at Shakeys. As always we were greeted by the manager and his staff. Aaron is our local Shakeys manager. He's always uplifting, welcoming and accommodating. I wanted to give him and his staff praise for their services last night. I have given this location a raving review in the past. But I feel they deserve more praise. If you haven't been you to find out for yourselves. Great family fun. Peace big John
Great customer service! Really appreciate the ladies that just helped us out. 2 of my kids got awards from their dental appointments for a free pizza. I went expecting to be given a hard time or for them to only allowing 1 of my kids to get their pizza. Although 1 lady almost didn't allow it, she was very sweet after and very friendly. Really appreciate the customer and the great experience for our first time having Shakey's pizza.
Great customer service! Great variety to choose from! Big lobby to sit at it has two areas you can choose. Food was fresh! Friendly employees! A
