I'm a regular customer for the last, I dunno 10 years or so. Today we order a bumper delivery for us and the kids, wait 1 1/2 hours then decide to ring up because we're hungry and it's spoiling our evening. Apologies given, although the food still hasn't been made. Turns up 2 1/2 hours after placing the order. Shabaz offered us a free onion bhaji for this. One. 45 order, two and a half hours late and one free onion bhaji. There are other places to order from guys, if your too busy to serve your customers maybe try better communication, or discounts? Piss poor. And you've lost me as a customer.

Had an average kebab from here tonight - usually they're pretty good but tonight was a little disappointing considering I'd spent 8 on it, via just eat. I'll give it one more go before fully deciding.
