SG Petch Richmond

I would like to share a great experience I recently had dealing with Dave McLean - Aftersales Manager and also Ray in the service department. I wanted to find out some history on a vehicle I was purchasing elsewhere and both Dave and Ray went out of their way to help me. If I was more local I would certainly use them for my next service as they were so polite and helpful. Thank you so much, Suzanne.

I was pleased to be informed that I was able to have my vehicle serviced closer to my home when I booked a service. I had bought my car at a different branch of the same dealership some 30 miles away. Covid regulations are becoming the norm now, so it was straightforward dropping my car off for a service. I enquired as to a time that the service would be completed. The estimate was very accurate, as such I didn't have long to wait when I returned early to pick up my car. The car had also been washed and hoovered, which was very pleasing. All in all an easy experience. I have a service plan with SG Petch so there was no bill to be paid. Good job, thank you. It may prove prudent to discuss warranty issues associated with servicing.
