Super helpful staff and didn't have to wait long to get through to reception to make an appointment. After having pain from my implant I found out it had been touching a nerve which made getting it out a way more anxious experience. The doctor was extremely helpful, did great job at keeping me calm and removed my implant super quick. Waiting times may be annoying but for a free service with amazing helpful staff I can't complain.

WHY is there not an online appointment booking system? I must have spent 20 hours in the phone queue listening to that track....PLEASE. Every other city I have lived, I have managed to book in swiftly and without hassle online. This is shocking
When i first arrived for my appointment i was greeted by reception with a smile at 9:30 am, being a schitzophrenic i find it hard to cope around groups of people so i was escorted to a better seating area that was a bit quiter for me, upon my assessment i was treated accordingly and with respect and during the midst of a breakdown Lauren took the time to sit and help me through my anxiety which to me is above and beyond,great service and great staff!
I am wary of leaving reviews of NHS staff cause I know how overburdened they are, but I've had the worst experience trying to deal with this clinic for the past 2 years. Getting through to make an appointment is hell, the automated voice messages are endless, when I last phoned up to check if my results came in the young lady just said we do advise you wait 2 weeks, to hear back from us, just to get rid of me. When the nurse diagnosed me with molluscum contagiosum, she simply said it will go away on its own, and not to have sex, and then she mentioned they are some creams and treatments but didn't bother to tell me which. As a taxpayer I do say things can be run abit better. From now on I'll just simply get tested at another NHS clinic city Leeds or Manchester.
I called up at 8am in the morning. I got an appointment by 2pm the same day. I was treated with the upmost respect and dignity here. There was zero judgement. I was given a lot of advice and tests. I received my test results a week later. Thank you to all the staff that were so nice to me.
