Long wait. I waited over 3 hours for an emergency contraceptive pill. It’s not as if the unit is very busy, as only a handful of patients were in the waiting room the day I went. However, I observed that the nurses take up to an hour to call just one person in and will see the person really quick, and wait nearly another hour to call another person in. I made a complaint about the ridiculous waiting time. Even A&e where the staff are truly busy, don’t take that long to be triaged.

Terrible service. Staff unhelpful.
I have phoned up 5 times today and no answer. This is not the first time I have had this problem. How am I meant to be able to book an appointment with no one answering the phone? The service I received from the Nurses was great (last appointment) - but that is no use if they are unreliable to contact to actually book an appointment.
Highly recommend it here if you are worried about anything, nurses healthcare assistants and receptionists are all very helpful and professional. There is abit of a wait if you walk in about an hour but if you want to guarantee to be seen best to go to a walk in.
Does anybody know what time they open please?
