Great service and a very good price, unlike the places I looked in central Cambridge which were quoting twice as much. Would definitely recommend.
Being trying to get an answer for well, over 2 weeks now - no reply to phone or email. I realise we are living in difficult times but a simple message on line or answer phone to say you are, or are not, working would save people a lot of time and effort !
I also had been trying daily to make contact since a few days after he put note in his web site on 20th May about doorstep pick ups. It’s a pity he couldn’t have put another note if he’s got a problem. I think he must have died!
I was so impressed with how helpful he was with my first sewing machine repair that I then immediately sent him my spare machine for a service. He was quick and very reasonable. When he found out that we lived close to his own home address he even collected and dropped off the machines to save me driving to Waterbeach!

I called SewOn for some advice after having trouble with my sewing machine, Matt was helpful and patient guiding me through the things I could try in order to remedy the problem. Not once did he try to get me to drop off my machine for business, instead he helped me overcome the problem via a phone call.
