Kevin Lewis at Sewell Cadillac sold me my dream car. The experience took no longer than it needed to and was very pleasant compared to the last 4 vehicles I have bought from other dealerships. I bought my previous Cadillac from Crest and while they were overall a good experience Sewell was better in everyway from customer service, to car warranties, to how they treat you after you pay. Kevin specifically went out of his way to address every concern I had on the car after a 500 mile drive to see it in person. A special thanks to Aaron as well.

I want to extend my gratitude and thanks to the Sewell Cadillac team, especially Javier Hernandez, for fitting me in to get a cleaning at the last minute. My vehicle still smells and feels great! Superb job! This was my first visit to the dealership and Javier was kind enough to show me around the facility. Sewell Cadillac of Dallas was best for their service .They even changed my car with in 30 days due to my concern and replaced even though they do not have one in their dealership. They find one for me from other dealership, with out a price change. Sure for my next car change for my daughter will be a Cadillac. The Manager Mr. Blake in his busy work schedule check on every customer in his dealership. It should be appreciated.

I snapped a seized bracket bolt in the process of upgrading rotors and pads on my CTS-V. Fortunately the good Sewell parts department is well stocked and had exactly what I need on site at a lovely price! Thanks for getting my V back on the road!
