Fantastic coach. We were a group of 14 rowers from Scotland and we had Nuria as our head coach. She was very encouraging, patient and very informative. Our group was of various skill levels but Nuria still managed to coach us all individually. We have come home more confidence and certainly will never forget her coaching tips. Contacted Nuria about personal training at the villa we were on holiday at near Seville. We booked 3 sessions training during our 8 day stay. Nuria was very quick to respond and is super organised. The Trainers were great and adapted the session to our group size (5-6 adults) and even let the kids join in! Sessions were 1hour and consisted of circuits and hiit training. Reasonably priced and a brilliant workout - helped counteract all the holiday eating and lazing around! Would recommend without hesitation!
