Big massive thank you to Alex on Live chat customer service, 26/10/19 6.45am for helping us! We spotted a flood very near to the businesses on our estate and he sorted it immediately. Brilliant customer service!!
Nobody in Asset control, had to leave my letter with Waste management....helpful enough though
Moved home recently and they made the transfer from home to new home stress free and easy. Lovely customer service also who explained each step from closing existing account and opening new account. Thank you. 1 satisfied customer.
Called with an emergency, lady who I spoke to was very helpful. Only losing a star because the first man who came out was VERY confrontational and really needs retraining with a view to customer relations. However the next man who came out fixed the leak really quickly.
