Freddie and Ally were absolutely incredible at our wedding in June, we cannot praise them enough! Freddie's menu is beautifully designed with a large array of options to suit everyone's taste. Prior to the wedding we had an amazing tasting evening where Freddie discussed each dish with us to ensure we were completely happy with the menu. On the day of the wedding, the whole process was unbelievable! Freddie single-handedly prepared and cooked 3 courses for 90 guests to perfection. The food was absolutely delicious and we were complimented countless times on how much people enjoyed it! Ally was an incredible host and organised the team of staff to serve the food with impeccable standards and timing. Ally also took extra care to make sure any guests with dietary requirements were completely cared for as well as being super attentive to the top table guests! We cannot fault the whole service, everyone was completely spoiled and cared for and thoroughly enjoyed every morsel of food!!

We had Freddie do a private dining experience for our parents 40th. Freddie and team were fantastic and produce a delicious meal, exactly on time, left everything incredibly clean. We have nothing but good things to say and will definitely go back to Freddie another time.
We hired Freddie and Wild Seasoning to cater at our Cricket Club Christmas lunch and we are absolutely delighted that we did! Freddie is a seriously talented Chef and provided us with an absolutely stunning 4 course lunch with drinks and canapes on arrival. The food was incredible and my personal highlight was the two cuts of beef cooked in the Sous Vide and browned off on the hob....it was incredible! Freddie goes about his work in an extremely professional and calm way and is totally confident of his ability, as he should be. This is the 2nd time I have used Freddie and I would highly recommend him....we have already booked him for next year!
