Friendly knowledgeable store and not bamboozled by tech speak. Scott was extremely helpful, listened to what we were looking for and then advised us on the best options for us, giving us an unhurried demo and allowing time for us to listen to a number of options. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and following a recommendation to a colleague at work, they have beem equally impressed by Jake.

Very impressed with the service - polite, helpful and friendly but without being in your face. Even helped me with my purchases out to the car.
Great store, staff can't do enough for you and really helped me find the best hifi for my needs and budget
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who made the whole experience a joy.
Service was fantastic, staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended! ** returned receiver due to issues with the new Panasonic HDMI chips, absolutely no issues and refund was processed quickly, can't fault their service. Excellent store!
