Rang Laurie on a Friday morning to see if he could help with sons PC... Son had bought lots of pieces thinking he could put it together and was mistaken ! Unbelievably friendly response and invitation to bring all parts round later that day and also offer tuition / advice for putting it together. Laurie built the PC, gave tuition, tested it successfully, and we came away with son happy interested in getting back in touch with Laurie to try and see if he could keep in contact for potential job or training. Very knowledgeable, really nice guy, super efficient service and successful outcome to PC build.... Cant speak more highly for SNSi, the service provided and client support.

Thoroughly recommended. Laurie was able to not only fix the issue that was causing my computer to boot up to a black screen but also gave me some really good advice on affordable ways to get my desktop gaming pc running faster. Very reasonably priced as well.
Laurie is so personable I could imagine him working front of house at a seriously swanky establishment, and this wasn't what I was expecting from a tech wiz. As other reviewers have said, he is very fair and helpful, and was a pleasure to communicate with. He was even entirely calm when it looked as if my toddler was about to have a bathroom accident in his work-space... Sadly I am not a technical person so cannot say exactly what was wrong with my laptop. What I am sure of is this: after an incident involving three spaniels and one sub-normal delivery driver who tried to break into the back of our house, the laptop ended up flying eight feet across our living room onto the wood-burner and became Very Unwell Indeed. Screws came out, the casing cracked and bent, and the power charger had absolutely no wish to engage with its port any more. The timing of this was disastrous, but Laurie was a superstar and managed to mend my poor laptop in one day. As in, the same day I took it to him. I got very lucky with his work hours, but still - AMAZING service! Also, I no longer felt so stressed once I'd met Laurie because, even if the laptop was beyond repair, he said he'd be able to retrieve the data off it. I feel very grateful for Laurie's help, expertise and kindness, and am privileged to live near to someone who's so clearly talented at this stuff. (Laurie was based in Chipstead when I went, which was November 2018). Could not recommend highly enough!
This company has been amazing in all manners; customer service has been amazing and the actual work has been immaculate and unquestionable. Laurie is a very, very kind and friendly guy who is willing to go that extra mile. Today he came over to assist the finishing touches to my PC build, he was here for roughly two hours. Laurie refused any pay we offered. Overall, the service is amazing and money has been amazingly well spent.
Previous star rating failed! True rating 5 stars ! ! We have employed Laurence on a number of occasions to repair computer systems and our PCs . He is technically gifted extremely able friendly and always delivered what we needed on time. He is honest gives fair value for work and very kind. We highly recommend him !
