This is our favourite fish'n chip shop in all of Kent. We'll drive 15 miles to grab a takeaway, haul it to the seafront and watch the sun go down with a goblet of wine in one hand and a chip fork in the other. Isn't that the way fish'n chips are supposed to be eaten? Seven Seas may not be the fastest, but everything is well cooked and they're always busy. The large Cod is thick and meaty and the chips are great. Parking can be tricky, but some spaces are available by the co-op, just next door. Quick update: After a visit during mid-May 2020, it's great to see a one-way system for customers, clear distancing markers on the floor, screens up and masks on. Perfect! Well done Seven Seas and I'm happy to report that your fish'n chips taste just as good as ever!
Really good fish and chip shop at the quieter end of town 4.5 stars out of 5. I had the haddock and chips which was fresh, crispy and not greasy. The portions were generous and it was super tasty. Friendly and efficient service. Definitely in the top 2 chippie in Whitstable and best value for money. Loads of parking by the Co-op. Clean and following Covid safety rules. Would definitely recommend.
