This place served my best meal in Portugal. The service was exceptional and I felt like I was at home. Excellent staff. Rui is a first class guy. Canadian friendly. A must visit for anyone going to Setubal

This is my second visit. First was a Monday night in May2019. We arrived very late...10pm most customers were leaving and staff were busy cleaning. We were received with smiles and very pleasant attitudes. The service was great, fish fresh and nicely prepared. The wine recommendation was great. I was highly impressed and satisfied. Second visit...again received with warmth. Fish fantastic, service great.... smiles all the way.
Fresh seafood delivered daily andgrilled on charcoal BBQ. The service is friendly and the wine options are varied. If you're ever In the Setubal area I would highly recommend this restaurant. My favorite quick bite is the Choco Frito but I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered here.
I had the pleasure to eat on the patio on a sunny Monday afternoon this December looking at the boats on the Rio Sado and being served excellent grilled fish and the daily appetizers special of clams and octopus salad. A local wine from Setúbal Península from Pegões was delicious and the Bolacha Maria with a desert wine called Moscatel de Setúbal was a great way to finish. Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes, the staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Excellent fish, a bit slow service. Good wine, but just a bit temperatuer adjustment for the red one needed. Excellent local dessert wine.
