On water's edge with view over the harbour. Level gravel with exceptional toilet and shower block. Nice little bar next door.

April'19. For campers and tents. In middle season 1tent 2persons 12,5euro. 1 toilet building, very new and nice, own toilet paper. Other toilet building is closed. Nothing really to do, need car or bikes to go somewhere. Beach voted nicest Beach in '17 few kilomètres away.

Functional campsite with beautiful view on the bay of Setubal. Pitches right on the waterfront.(not directly accesable from the campsite). One out of the 2 sanitary blocks is overhauld and in good conditions. The old one is to forget. The 'eco' label they give themselves is a quetionmark to me: plenty of dustbins but all used for mixed dumping of garbage. Leaking taps (old sanitary building). What else makes a camping 'eco'....? Friendly and helpfull staff at the reception.

Great place to camp and it's wonderful to be surrounded by nature...there are bungalows to rent too and lots of space for tents or caravans!

This was our first night in a campervan park and we thoroughly enjoyed the service here. All the facilities were so clean and our #campervan spot had a beautiful view if the river. We had access to electricity, grey water dumping, wifi, toilets, hot showers and two great restaurants if needed. There is great greenery surrounding the park which is nice to relax in. The staff were all very friendly and I saw them cleaning often:)

I was here for 3 nights on a tent (August 2020). () Location (near Setúbal; bus stop right outside the park that goes to the Figueirinha beach) () The newest toilet/bath facilities look nice and are clean. () The staff is nice and welcoming () Nice view to the Sado estuary (-) No swimming pool. (-) Only undifferentiated trash cans inside the park. Couldn't find any recycling trash cans (only outside the park) (-) The ground on the tent area is too hard. I had a lot of trouble to bury the specs. Which was a problem since the area is very windy (-) Lacks shadows in the tent area (-) Parking the car inside the park is expensive (costs more than the tent itself). Only a few free parking spaces outside the park (-) Given the lower number of tents allowed due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, it would be expected that they started accepting reservations for tent space. But they don't. And there's a high chance of arriving at the park and having no tent space available. (-) No direct access to the beach (-) The old toilet/bath facilities need some remodelling (-) No toilet paper on bathrooms

Simply the worst camping I have ever been to. The wind was so strong we couldn't sleep and the tent nearly broke. The campsite seems to be located on the top of a rock as you it isimpossible to hammer you tent pegs in so the tent is stable. We bent 70% of our tent pegs trying to get them in the ground. Don't be fooled by a nice guy called Pedro who greets you with smiles and nice conversation. We basically wasted a whole day driving to the campsite, setting up the tent and taking it down again. Impossible to sit outside the tent or cook because of the gale. Too isolated and no shop or bar in the camping. Over the top security system which didn't work. No access to the beach - good trick photography. We asked for a refund and Pedro refused. This place is basically living from camper vans and tricking people who have tents to stay. Most people left after one night! Best avoid this place!
