Excellent service. Always are able to help you. Very good and tasty meals. Warm and friendly place to stay.
No pool! No gym! Definitely not a 4 star hotel for me. There are no means to adjust the air condition in the room; its either cold or hot. Apparently in summer they turn on the ac but approaching winter they turn on heating. So I was there in October and the room was very hot, I could orderly sleep. The lady at the front desk said to sleep with the door to the balcony open. In all the hotels I have been, I have never came across this arrangement. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are not enough plugs, I have to unplug the refrigerator when every I use my laptop.
Great hotel, great views over the city, accomodations and service. People are very thoughtful and kind. The only less positive point is the restaurant food: risotto and carbonara bland, choco frito was hard. Nonetheless it's a great hotel in a very privileged point of town. Amazing entry and view. The staff is on point.
Super friendly staff with lovely brunch
Views from the hotel are amazing. But hotel is surprisingly noisy. There’s a couple of dogs nearby that keep barking throughout the night. Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the rooms next to you - and thanks to the wooden floor you can hear every step. Also, 2 out of 4 pillows in my room did smell a lot like sweat so was not bearable. Room service is usually quite late (6pm).
Nice and pleasant, lovely staff. Good breakfast
Fantastic views. There is however a dog that barks almost nonstop. Recommend staying in an even number room to avoid the barking noise. Staff very friendly.
