Bought a bike from them recently. The staff really helped me a lot in choosing the right bike. Plus the manager for the store speaks English which was helpful in understanding the warranty.

Not a very comfortable place to shop. Condescending staff pretty much follows you everywhere you go, essentially chasing you out of the store within first 5 minutes, while making the shopping stressful. My money goes to their competition.
Staff was very attentive and helpful.
