From the first experience I had with this center , I would not recommend it. The welcoming attitude of the center administration was totally absent. While the website and Facebook page claim a very warm group, I could only see a cold and rejecting attitude. I tried to register my mother to this yoga wellness center , but could not get through the registration process. Online payments like PayPal or wire transfer seem to be impossible, or better said ignored. I am not certain what the reason is, but it was clear that the presence of my mother was not welcomed at all. It is really a shame to have such a treatment in a center that is meant to be welcoming and seeking harmony. I hope others can find the enjoyment they look for in this center. During this process, there was no mention made of interview process or other requirement for the start of classes. There was simply a silence when requesting for additional information, and a general feeling of not being welcomed or understood. I can say the attitude was not professional. Incidentally, the messages exchanged with the center appear to having been deleted. Unfortunately, the center chose to ignore requests for support instead of resolving the request. Disclaimer: all communication with the center was exchanged in clear Portuguese language, by Portuguese citizens, and for a Portuguese and Portugal-resident student.

In an attempt to contact a distance from a relative of ours. The attempt was frustrating we came across to a very impoverished service.
Um espaço muito bonito e agradável, com professores experientes e competentes que fazem deste centro o local ideal para quem quer evoluir no ioga. Recomendo.
Dado o meu estilo de vida cheio de stress no trabalho, senti que precisava de reconectar com o meu corpo e mente. No Centro Yoga Setubal eu encontrei essa conexão, com uma professora que entende tanto as partes físicas como mentais do yoga. Acredito que só assim se pode beneficiar ao máximo praticando yoga, bem como aprender a controlar a ansiedade e o stress. Sou muito grata e sinto-me abençoada por ter sido ensinada por alguém que realmente entende o yoga e o seu potencial.
Magnífico; Astral elevadíssimo que nos preenche de harmonia e bem estar; Professora acolhedora, competentíssima que nos transmite saber, simpatia e um elan que irradia uma força que nos transforma e faz pairar no reino da Felicidade. A Felicidade existe, neste Centro e agradeço ter tido a oportunidade de achar o caminho para ela; aqui, em CHINTÁMANI - Centro de Yoga de Setúbal.
Espaço destinado única e exclusivamente à prática de Yoga, onde se espira\ uma energia fora do comum. Professores de excepção, não só em competência técnica e seriedade na transmissão da filosofia mas também como Seres Humanos. Local onde eina\, literalmente, a Luz o Amor e a Sabedoria.
Excelente espaço, professores muito competentes. O local ideal para quem se quer reconectar com a sua essência e evoluir através da Luz, Amor e Sabedoria imanentes da filosofia do Yoga rumo a uma maior consciência e Felicidade.
