Picture it. The store was empty except for the attendant and a lady he was discussing books with. I was there to pick up a book for my father. I arrived and queued behind the lady. They kept chatting. The lady realized I was waiting and because she obviously wasn't making a purchase, conceded her "turn" to me. The attendant refused and carried on their conversation for a few more minutes. The only reason I didn't leave was that I was leaving Setúbal and had to take the book to my dad in another city. Seriously. Bertrand is usually quite a good store to go to, buy I expect anything from a majority communist city...
