Stayed here for more than a month. It’s nice and safe and offers shuttle service to the station. Breakfast isn’t great but hey, I didn’t expect any as it is a serviced apartment. Furniture is a bit worn, and the sofa is stained, which actually was a bit disgusting. Place doesn’t feel dirty in general so we covered it and it was ok.

I have stayed with B-Site 3 times now, and each experience is equally satisfying and helpful. The staff is always communicative and willing to cheerfully assist, and their language capability is flexible and kind. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning service provided is thorough and respectful. I would highly recommend this to anyone regardless of your length of stay. Bureau Shinagawa in particular is situated in a great location next to a big train station, and the quality provided is superb.
Staying at Bureau Shinagawa for second time, each time for more than a month. Lobby service is excellent, always ready to help and understand your problems. Breakfast is .... so-so, not really much to eat. Rooms are being cleaned on weekly basis, also very nice. Room size is very Japanese (tiny, especially bathroom). Overall, very good experience and convenient location. Will stay again.
One of the best serviced apartment in Tokyo. Stayed there for almost 2 years. It has Spa, Gym, Onsen and breakfast served in the morning. Also there is a shuttle to the Shinagawa Station in the morning. Some photos from my room and the top of the building attached.
Long stay in Japan is a unique thing. It could be awfully expensive, and still subpar. BUREAU Shinagawa is really above other places here: there are apartments, and sauna, and sports room, and a lounge, and breakfast, and a shuttle service! Of cause, with a little Japanese flavor. The shuttle driver will not wait for you even if you are already in front of the car and shouting. The concierge does not work on some weekends. Still it's all minor, as main thing is there: those apartments are big and nice!
