Gucci, the Italian luxury brand, famous in leather. Good price, premium quality. There is long queue in counter. Friendly staff who can give me good suggestion. Must visit place if you're in Paris!

Horrible. I was waiting for 45 min to enter in . Then I was waiting for someone to open a show case to see some key cases. It was for 15 min!!! No one cared about me. Another day, I went to same boutique, and the service was same as before. Caution: they actually made some produits only for outlet. That means the product was not exposing at original boutique. I didn't know that when I bought it. After I checked Google and I realised it was actually for outlet products which is not guaranteed as usual. I was quite shocked, I tried to return it and get a remboursement, but they refused. They didn't explain it to me when I purchased. I was quite depressed at Gucci. I never go to, never buy anything from Gucci. Never ever.

Love the store! Great items. We had a fast pass which allowed us to enter without lining up but it took us more than an hour just to pay for the items. Suggest more cashiers.

I love Gucci and it was nice to find their boutique here, I bought one item and was waiting in a long queue to pay. The girl at billing counter, I think her name was Anna (black women) was selective to the customers from the queue to pay, I was mad from waiting for 15 minutes and then seeing a customer from the end of queue to come in front of me to finish. Totally not fair and doesn’t reflect this brand service!

Managed to enter the store after queueing up for 1.5hours almost. The store was crowded. But the stock is reasonably good. The man who helped me find my bag was good with his suggestions and the lady at the billing counter was wonderful. The queue for billing was almost never ending and taxed my patience.
