My greatest regret is that I did not meet the TPC team sooner. It would have taken the stress and angst out of buying a property in Turkey - which I endured for 18 horrendous months with another Belek agent! TPC are the best! Not only are Alex, Toygun and the team well-spoken (in a few languages) but they are professional. The great thing about TPC is that they are the developers (rather than just agents who are willing to sell any pile of junk for a commission). Their sites are well managed (and living across their new project, I have first hand experience of how professional their workers are). I have visited their villas and have to say that the attention to detail, the architecture and the quality of the appliances and fittings are second to none. Troy villas are simply sublime and it's no wonder that celebrities are snapping them up! Their management fees are reasonable (actually cheap compared to other agencies). As such, I would recommend TPC to anyone looking to buy a property in Belek and beyond.

I am puzzled by the review by Ursula Aibl. I am an owner of a villa in King Penelope complex and I am also the chairman of the Management committee. I do not know who Ursula Aibl is but she is not an owner or resident of Penelope Villas. TPC Real Estate manage this complex and do a very professional job. The pools are in excellent condition and the gardens are maintained to a very high standard. The management committee and the owners are very satisfied with the quality of service provided by TPC Real Estate in maintaining our beautiful complex to a very high standard.
Great people, great set up and v professional. The whole team can't do enough to help. We are preparing to get the keys for a new property built by TPC.
never seen such an unprofessional comany like TPC. Pools are dirty, water is green its dangerous to health but no one cares. They even dont know how to mow the lawn or how to cut trees. The general manager is arrogant, incompetent and insulting. ıf someone complains he gets attacked ! The whole site is dirty and scruffy. Shame on you and your company.
I have worked with TPC for over 6 years and have always found them extremely helpful and professional. They manage both my apartment and complex. My Booking.com customer review score is currently 9.9. Which is a reflection of the quality of service and especially customer relations and care.
In fairly short time, TPC has become the leading company in real-estate in Belek. With two very successful construction projects recently finalized; Golf Waterfall Homes and 5 Mandarin Villas, and another, Mountain View Residence, under development, they have proven their capacity. It's a young, modern company, with hard working, competent and experienced management. Having worked with them several years, I do speak of own experience. TPC is the best partner if you plan to settle in Belek!
