We enjoyed our stay at Regnum Carya. The whole hotel team does the great job to provide the best service to the guests. The area is very green and very well managed. The heated outdoor swimming pool is great during the winter season. There's nice 4.5 km walking path around the golf course in the pine trees.

Easily one of the best All-inclusive resorts I have ever had the pleasure to attend. The staff are all polite, courteous and helpful. The food is amazing, they make everything very well! The convention center is large enough to accommodate most conferences. The security is top notch. The golf course looked amazing, though admittedly I don't golf. The fitness center is top notch and has Les Mills workout classes and a sauna. I could go on and but really if you have the opportunity you need to experience this resort first-hand!
I went to this hotel 2 times and 5 stars are to few for it. Everything is perfect, but I am giving 3 stars because during this Covid crisis there was no attention to distances. The personnel was wearing the masks, but almost no guest was wearing and on the beaches there was not enough distance between each other. The disco parties were very good but you cannot let during this time huge groups without masks dancing together. It's a Covid bomb.
This is indeed a luxury 5-star resort. During arrival and departure, in case you arrived too early or leaving long after checkout you still have access to all the facilities including a lounge room (shower, safe, etc). The resort area is huge, they have a free buggy service which drives you everywhere inside the resort. If you want you can even rent your own mini car to travel around. Rooms are big and very clean and cozy, with modern amenities, separate dressing room, great bathroom. The golf pool room is great with a lovely relaxing terrace surrounded by vegetation. The bed is extremely large and comfortable. If you're traveling with a kid they will add various kid-friendly amenities (bed, bath robes, towels, etc) The beach is private and very clean, you have a lot of drink/snack bars nearby. They also have waiters and beach butlers which bring you drinks, food, cold towels, clean your sunglasses, etc. Their watersports section is also nice with a lot of activities. Their main restaurant is very big offering quite some varieties of food, having some specific different specialties at each dinner, including a dietetic section. The whole is very friendly and eager to help you with whatever problems or concerns you have.
Most fantastic resort ever! Food was delicious in the main restaurant as in the special restaurants. We visited the Brazilian grill and the Thai restaurant. Bars served an enormous variation of local and international beverages. The shows in the Event area were amazing and from a high level. Even the gigs in the One bar are highly recommended. The animation team is very friendly but not pushy. Actually the whole staff is very friendly and helpful.
