Not 5 star as advertised in some places. Rooms could be cleaner. Food is excellent. Hard to find staff who speak English. Excellent pools, including for kids. Poor WiFi everywhere. Beach is not great. But overall enjoyed.

very nice resort with everything inclusive and we had private villa with pool. enjoyed it very much.!!! would love to come again but the down fall is not alot of English speaking people spcialky the staff, i wouldnt say its a 5*. lack of cleaning not very helpful and the staff should know basics understanding of English very frustrated. it's very hard to communicate if you can't speak Turkish then your doomed. over all the hoilday was nice. enjoyed the weather trying to gain vitamin D to face UK's winter. lol internet is bad here you. even if your using Google to learn few words you won't be able. if you use your data then you will have high bill waiting for you.
The adverstisment look very good but its got nothing to do with that advertisement! I would not reccomend this hotel, the food is'nt nice, they lied to us saying they had washine machine and hair dryer facility in the villa, we booked a villa, and there was nothing like that, the toilet was blocked we keeped on calling reception to send somenone over to fix it but no one turned up and reception was rejecting our phones! And i would not state it as 5 star it is 3 star hotel! There was ant everywhere! Specially in the restaurant there was mens sitting with there dirty white vest, staff was refusing to turn back! In the prayer room there was no imam to get them prayed which other muslim hotels do have!!!
