Serene Fish & Chips (Ilford)

I normally order from here when craving fish and chips, great portion and fresh food. Placed an order on Ubereats today and for whatever reason was cancelled by the delivery driver after picking up the food. I called up Serene Fish and chips and the kind lady was more than happy to cook another fresh order and have it delivered by a member of staff. Could be happier with the exceptional service I've received.

Serene has one of the best fish and chips I ever had and the staff are friendly! And they support local community and schools which are highly appreciated. I really want to try other things, but every time keep ordering fish and chips, because they are just too good! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my lamb shish, could've done with a bit more flavour though, I tried the fish which my friend ordered, thought it was really good even though I'm not a big fan of fish. Definitely worth a try, everything is halal bar the pies.

Best chippy in whole East London. Can't get better quality food. Friendly and very helpful staff. If you're in the area definitely pop in, won't regret see y'all coming back there again and again

Have loved Serene's for many years. I have recently ordered in shop as well as via uber eats and I've always received a friendly service. Love their chips tried their fresh orange juice whilst waiting for my order, this was perfect and hit the spot. Keep it up, your competitors lack your customer service skills and tasty food consistency.
