The optician of Kaplan optik is very great! He was very helpful and kind enough to explain the changes in my sight. He gives sincere advice and he will help you to find the best option for you. In addition, He was very patient with my funny Turkish language, THANK YOU FOR THAT! He’s fast and adequate. He perfectly made my glasses in under 10 minutes. I visited different opticians before this one none of them bothered to explain the changes in my sight even though I asked. They asked for double prices! They were trying to get as much money as possible from me. Kaplan Optik is obviously customer focused. The customer service he provided to other customers while I was very classy. I completely recommend it for all your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs as they have a great collection with different reasonable prices.
