Thanks for taking time to reply to my post. Two details to improve would be the following: 1. Please, increase the selection of pizzas in the buffet. The day I was there (Saturday at lunch time) there was a selection of only 4 different pizzas. 2. We asked for a take away (à emporter) for one of the items we had order on the table (not pizza buffet). The (polite) waitress took a paper box (doggy bag) from the kitchen, took the plate we asked for take away to the table next to us, put the food in the paper box and gave it back to us. Having worked in the food service industry, I think it is important to point that all handling of the food by the staff needs to take place strictly in the kitchen, not on the tables next to the costumers for serious reasons of hygiene.
These aren't really pizzas. Some kind of synthetic cheese on top of a strange paste. It's not disgusting but it's not really good either.
