Absolutely fantastic. For lunch was offered choice of chicken or fish main and four different deserts. I chose the roast chicken cooked and seasoned perfectly (skin on) with soft carrots on a bed of pumpkin mash, topped with fennel and a single fried wing, which was the best fried chicken I've ever had. For desert I chose the sorbet, chocolate ice cream and fresh mangos topped with fresh cream, wafers, and some herb I was unfamiliar with. Service was fantastic. The place is small and the wait staff quickly took care of all the diners' needs. The included sparkling water that they have a fancy machine producing is a much appreciated touch. From what I've read, Robin's started out as a desert spot and has expanded to full service. I really like that they focus on only a few dishes that are inventive and rely heavily on what's available in the market. A must stop if you're a foodie visiting Nantes.

My son and I found this restaurant totally by accident. It turned out to be a great find. Fantastic service and informative conversation by the waiter and 'to die for' food' which was very varied and consistently delicious and surprising. Nothing disappointed at all!
Excellent restaurant! Very interesting taster menu with lots of surprises! Highlights included L'oeuf des poules sépia cuit à 60 degrees, Paleron de boeuf and Rascasse with courgette & vanilla oil. Our waiter was also amazing, telling us lots of interesting things about the food and city - he really went the extra mile, without being pushy or affected. Altogether great!

Une très très bonne cuisine avec des produits de grande qualité. Une belle adresse à Nantes. Sépia est un excellent restaurant que je recommande vivement
Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Le restaurant est petit mais joliment décoré dans une ambiance très cosy. Le repas est aussi surprenant que délicieux! Nous avons apprécié la petite attention pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint. Nous y retournerons volontiers
Superbe restaurant pour une soirée en tête à tête. Des plats raffinés. On se régale et le service est rempli de sourire et de simplicité. A faire sans hésiter. De la grande cuisine sans prise de tête. Bravo & merci !
