Went there for a dinner with my Dad and was initially a bit apprehensive of what to expect from this raw food place. But have to say the entire experience was fantastic - a very caring owner in Stefanos who explained the concept and menu very patiently. Frankly everything we ordered was excellent.

The Experience - to this day I consider this restaurant as the best culinary experience I've had in my entire life. We were welcomed by a chef and a waitress who were very well-mannered and they spoke to us what kind of food is served here, what are the prices and why it's a bit expensive and then we were seated. Two drinks awaited us even though we didn't order them - they were on the house and tasted amazing, balanced and full of flavor Music from the speakers was very pleasant, you could hear chill-out and trip-hop, we felt like home. Then I tried the first course - it never happened to me that every little drop of sauce on the plate was exploding with sophisticated flavor, it was like feasting on art. Every element of the course was delicious and often surprising. I've never eaten meat as good as there. It was our last day in Rome and it's such a pity that we didn't go there earlier - it topped all other restaurants we tried in Rome, though some of them were great, but Senzafiamma(earlier Seiperdue) is worthy of three Michelin stars, no doubt about it. I've eaten in Paris, London, Brussels and other great cities with incredible food but this restaurant served the most varied, complex, tasty and wonderfully healthy food. It was like a beautiful piece of classical music with a twist. Thank you so much for providing culinary experiences on such high level.

Absolutely superb! We dined here last night. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough (my partner and I are fussy eaters and appreciate quality of ingredients and flavour). Each dish was delicious. The owner is very passionate, and explained each dish (with wine pairing). A fabulous experience (and for us as plant based eaters). We will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you Seiperdue!

We had amazing evening, the food is so special and delicious there! Best thing ever was the lemon cake dessert. We would definately recommend trying it and have a truly unique experience.

My first time eating at a Raw restaurant, and it was amazing. My boyfriend and I both have food issues . I am lactose intolerant and my boyfriend has celiac disease. Eating out is always a challenge and dangerous . This place we had no worries, because they use neither in their kitchen. And the flavor of every single dish we ordered was out of this world!! We had most delicious desert as well. They were very kind, welcoming and informational about all of the food and the process in which they prepared it. We have been in Italy for 10 days and this was the first real flavorful meal, that was filling and also the first I've had that didn't hurt my stomach ! Would recommend to anyone who like amazing food and great atmosphere!

A true culinary experience. Really kind people, proud of what they do. You can have a complete vegan or vegetarian meal. There's also fish and meat. The deserts are great too because align with the rest : raw ingredients, no further refinement just great cooking skills.

Absolutely beautiful food. I attended this resturant for my birthday with my husband. I must have mentioned when I booked that it was my birthday because the staff remembered and wished me happy birthday on entry, which was lovely. This is a small, intimate resturant with fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The food was incredible, it still boggles my mind that it was totally raw. The flavours were delicious, and beautifully presented. Stunning. Thank you so much for such a fun birthday meal, I felt very special. Lots of vegan and gluten free options as well.
