I was looking for epos systems for my shops and after some research on Google I managed to find Sentinel epos. I contacted them and their response was prompt and efficient. Although due to covid 19 there are several protocols to be followed llike traveling and work from home etc but they provided great service either on the phone, online or in the shops. Very well professional and determined people. Whenever I need help they always sort the things out in first instance. The system what they developed is very easy to use and understandable with lot of features. Finally the price structure is very economical and no hidden monthly or yearly charges. I am actually quite surprised with their fast service and excellent system..Had some confusion with the system and the team was very quick to respond and help me on getting used to the system.. I really loved it that they customized the software accordingly to how I wanted it for my beauty business as I was being quite difficult with the way I wanted it customized..overall I am very satisfied with the whole product and process! Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality products and friendly prompt service! )

Very good EPOS company. Expert friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to help. We bought 3 EPOS system's. They were a pleasure to work with and helped to train our staff. Whenever we needed help they were available on phone to help and guide us.
