Just wonderful! This is the place to purchase your wedding dress. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Jo is just lovely and their wedding dress range is amazing.
Price of dresses do not include alterations. I explained that I had a strict budget for my dress, I was sold a dress at top end of my budget which they said needed minor alterationswhich would not cost much and take me over budget . Alterations were actually hundreds of pounds, half the value of the dress but by that point I had already bought it so got stuck.I was very upset. When i contacted the shop afterwards on several occasions I was ignored completely. Beware!
What a perfect experience, I couldn't have wished for more. From the moment I messaged Jo on Facebook she was so lovely and made me feel comfortable. She has made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world and I cant wait for everyone to see me in my dress. A big thank you to Jo for helping me find my perfect dress! I visited 3 other bridal shops before I went to SAS and the selection of dresses Jo has is amazing. When I arrived for my first appointment in January she took the time to understand more about me, the wedding and what I was looking for.
