The only hair shop in Brighton so don't really have much choice. She’s been closed consistently for the last two weeks! If you’re going to go abroad or on holiday at least stick something on the window so your customers know!!!! Rude customer service. If anyone knows any other shop to get hair, I’d be grateful
Took a ten pound deposit for an appointment agreed on 11am got there on time an waited for an hour no one turned up terrible customer service
Great experience, Faith had met with me 2 days prior and I explained how I wanted my braids and what length to which she was very attentive. She also advised me on how I should prepare my natural hair for my appointment. I was met by Faith for a prompt 9.25am start and the end result was perfect. Also one of the fastest braiding appointments I've had! I'll be back in a few weeks!
10/10 would recommend a haircut for any race and gender
