A fabulous Chateau, well worth a visit.

Very interesting tour.
Modern Art and History. Nice chateau off the beaten track. Unlike many of the local chateau, this is more of a palace thana fortress, but the real draw here is the combination of the slowly restored building and the extraordinary paintings and decoration created by the owner: still lives, landscapes and (surprisingly intimate) nudes.

Do the tour to see and hear all about the chateaux. The guide was so eloquent and entrancing ... loved it.
Had the reception here for the wedding of a dear friend. The chateau is amazing. Extremely beautiful with views of the surrounding area that will blow your mind.

Poor site management! We occasionally passed by, checked the opening ours and planed our visit for the next day. No information was given about an closure of the castle the coming day at the front gate of the castle. Our 2-hours-drive the next day ... just for nothing. Seems the visit to the castle is a lottery. No recommendation!
