Small carpark before you enter the museum and there is a charge of 4 each to look around, only 2 rooms which have more historic information on the walls than of the artifacts, there were a lot of the tomb stones that were unearthed that fill up the 1st room with the odd mannequins and some TV screens that give a video loop of spoken history and 1 TV that you can press different buttons to watch individual recordings. There are toilets in between the 2 rooms and the entrance has items that can purchase as souvenirs. It's ok if you want to learn some history about what was found and how life was back then but not a museum as I first thought, I took a few photos of what is on display. A nice place to visit if you're in the area and it's raining as it was for us. Wheelchair friendly but not so in the car park but as mentioned there's only space for 8-10 cars unless you park at the kerb like we did. I gave only 3 stars because I wanted more history of the area and not filled with tomb stones.

4 each to enter. Spent around 30 minutes in here and that was reading almost everything. Loved the timeline on the wall but would not go back again.

I love such places, the sea at this time of year is as fascinating as in summer. The museum is a compendium of knowledge. I encourage you to visit this part of Cumbri. Regards
