His attention to detail, and to you as a potential customer, are to be commended. You sense that Adrian is really genuine and trustworthy. On the day I picked up the car he kindly picked me up from Trowbridge railway station, which is another indicator of his customer care. My son passed his driving test last week. I asked him what car he wanted as his own. He wondered if he could have the same type of car he learned in. I looked for a secondhand manual Ford Fiesta and this one stood out. Although seven years old, it had done only 970 miles. Immediately I saw the advert, I phoned and offered Adrian a holding deposit. He told me this wasn't necessary and that he would hold the car until we arrived. It was exactly as advertised. He even let my 17 year-old test drive it. Nothing was too much trouble for Adrian. When I came to collect it, he met me at the station. The car was freshly serviced and MoTed for me. It was immaculately presented. It is a delight to drive and is just like a brand new car. My son is thrilled. Adrian is thoroughly professional and straightforward. He knows exactly what he is doing and it has been a pleasure dealing with him. I can, without hesitation, recommend Semington Cars (Melksham) Ltd.
I would highly recommend semington cars. The customer service was excellent and I was made to feel so at ease when viewing a car. I had no pressure put on me to buy the car and it made me feel so comfortable. The car I purchased is in pretty mint condition inside and out and I am super happy with it.
My mum purchased a Mercedes A class on an 08 plate from Adrian. She has been very happy with the car since buying it 4 years ago. She takes it back if anything needs doing and for mots' I bought a car from this firm when they were in Semington years and years ago, so they must be doing something right in this dog eat dog trade
