Sell By Auction, London & Regional Property Auctioneers

I was initially attracted to Sell By Auction as they offered a free entry into their auction. The pre-auction advice was very professional. I wanted to use the auctioneers London auction, but they advised a regional saleroom would be better suited for my house. This proved to be excellent advice as the property had over 80 legal pack downloads. Jamie informed me that although a good indication, this shouldn't be relied upon that all of these potential buyers will attend. With the auction drawing nearer the reserve was set, and Jamie informed me they had three interested parties who couldn't attend but would be bidding by telephone. I couldn't participate in the auction as it was impossible to take time off work, but shortly after the property was sold Jamie called to advise not only had the property sold but for significantly more than reserve but way over both our expectations. What was interesting was the buyer lived local to the property, so Jamie had correctly predicted the right auction venue. I would recommend Sell By Auction. From instructing them, I was kept informed, advised well, and achieved a quick sale.
