Called them today for advice and price for a repair.. Whilst on the phone the person that answered continued a conversation about fuses with a colleague, asked me a few details and said he would call me back in a few minutes with prices etc... Still waiting for that call.... Very unprofessional.. Will go elsewhere for the repairs.

Booked my car in for wheel alignment at ,3.00 pm , arrived at 2.55 pm to be told they could not do it as they had a scaffold tower in front of the service bay doors and we would have to rebook .We didn't bother and went somewhere else . Surely they spotted this big metal structure in front of the doors .We got back in the car as a transit van reversed into the service area ????.Amateur establishment run by bits of kids .
