WOW what an incredible day!! I called ahead to meet the voice/text person on our quest for gathering info on our possible future home. Maria from Seguin Tx Oak Creek office. We had a lot of questions and desired the most information we could get. I spent 22 years as a Construction Project Manager so details was everything I needed. We first went over wants and needs. Then we toured the homes. We found what we think is our home. The Haven was it. Such a fabulous day. Thank you

When we first went there we were impressed. We were assured that Oak Creek can work as fast as we need them to. Which we were in a hurry to buy so hopping it would go fast. When we left we were told one price, we only had one improvement which shouldn't cost too much. Then when we get the final version it is 3000 more. Regarding how \fast\ they can move we would call, not hear back for a few days. Once everything was done. We were told everything was submitted to the bank for approval, 3 days later it still hasn't been submitted.
I really liked the staff. There was no pressure to buy and they listened to what I wanted. They were also very helpful.
I had the pleasure to meet Jeremiah Stakes, he helped me on everything and answered all my questions. He’s a great person, respectful responsable and does his job perfectly. I will absolutely recommend jeremiad and Oak Creek Homes!
We are working with Maria to get a land home package. Right from the 1st day we met her we felt confident she was on our side and wanted to do the right thing for us. She is a great listener and doesn't try to influence us, but guides us in our decisions. She answers our questions, and she makes us feel as though no question is too dumb! My husband loves the way she makes us feel no problem is too big too! We feel blessed to have found Maria. If you are doing land home package she's the girl! Judi and David B.
